This white paper explains the approach and provides actionable best practices from supply chain management that can be applied to talent management.

In this new framework, employers should view themselves as “end customers” of education and workforce partnerships, with an opportunity to strengthen their workforce by working with academic institutions as their "suppliers." The paper highlights case studies from College for America, other educational institutions, and employers, illustrating that this approach is already yielding positive results for employers and educators alike.

The white paper identifies several benefits of the talent pipeline management approach:
